Duncan and Leigh Colvin moved into the Old Inn on 1st June 2007.
Having lived in the village for the previous 5 years they were no stranger to the building.
Their previous careers as Hotel General Manager and Pastry chef mean that they are also highly experienced in running a good catering operation.
Building on their success at The Old Inn they opened Whitty's Pizzeria in Axminster in August 2010. Leigh has taken this on while Duncan remains at the helm in the pub and builds up the festival and events bar business Big Fish Bars.

The kitchen team is headed up by James Maynard. James has worked in a variety of roles in kitchens across the south west and now that he has moved to the Axminster area he has brought a variety on new and very tasty dishes to The Old Inn.
