The Old Inn Kilmington

The kitchen team is headed up by Adam Holden. Adam has worked in a variety of roles in kitchens accross the south west and now that he has moved to the Axminster area he has brought a variety on new and very tasty dishes to The Old Inn. Adam particularly enjoys cooking game so watch out for some rich meaty dishes in the winter.

Directors Mr D A Colvin and Mrs L J Colvin

Duncan and Leigh Colvin moved into the Old Inn on 1st June 2007.

Having lived in the village for the previous 5 years they were no stranger to the building.

Their previous careers as Hotel General Manager and Pastry chef mean that they are also highly experienced in running a good catering operation.

Leigh and Duncan have two daughters, Lauren and Stephanie and whilst they are a little too young to serve it will not be long before they play a key roll in running the family business.
